Refund and Returns Policy

Did you receive a product (s) with manufacturing fault /wrong or incomplete order/ damaged,  No worries, our support & operations team are here to assist you in the best possible manner. Our goal is to provide customers with outstanding services.

Return Policies & Procedure

The customer can return a product with manufacturing fault /wrong or incomplete order/ damaged. In case of damaged product, the customer should inform the assigned courier company and Alga Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd within 3 days of the delivery and in case of other conditions the return window is open for 7 days after delivery. Our policy does not address customer concerns after 7 days of delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

The customer must meet the following conditions to return any product:

  1. The customer must contact us within 7 days of the delivery.
  2. The product should be in an unused and resalable condition.
  3. The product should be in its original packaging including the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact.

The customer needs to contact our support team to report the return product(s)

The customer must provide/upload all the required images & videos with a short-detailed description that will help the team investigate the case.

Product categories & conditions not eligible for return:

  1. Products with missing labels
  2. A product that has been used
  3. Any product not in its original form or packaging.
  4. Products that are not damaged, defective, or different from what was originally ordered.
  5. Returns due to a change of mind

 

Alga Ceylon Refund Policies & Procedure

At Alga Ceylon, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure that your experience with our products is positive. However, if you need to request a refund, please review our refund policies and procedures outlined below.

  1. Refund Eligibility

The refund process will commence only after we receive your return request and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria. The criteria include:

  • The product must be returned within the specified return period (7 days from delivery).
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging and labels intact.
  • The return must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return request, our team will conduct an investigation to determine if the return meets the eligibility criteria. This process ensures that the product is in acceptable condition and adheres to our return policy.

  • Investigation Time Frame: We will inform you of the refund approval or rejection within 2-3 working days from the receipt of your return request.
  • Approval or Rejection Notification: You will receive a notification via email or phone regarding the outcome of the investigation. If the refund is rejected, we will provide the specific reason for the decision.

If your refund request is approved, you have the option to either:

  • Receive a Refund: The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Product Replacement: If you prefer, we can replace the returned item with the same product, subject to availability.

  • Refund Processing: Once the refund is approved by Alga Ceylon, the funds will be returned to the account you used to pay for the goods. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Time Frame for Refunds: Typically, refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
